| Our first member of the Hall of Fame is Brenda Gelston. Brenda began the BBOWS organization over 36 years ago as a scheduling coordinator for volleyball, basketball, and softball. Due to her prowess, the BBOWS organization has become a dedicated group of officials serving Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Private and Catholic schools in the area. We are a well respected and efficient operation because of Brenda's insight and fortitude in providing an athletic venue where women athletes can grow. |
